They assist in reducing the loss of inventory, time, and assets, and monitor surveillance equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise customer activities in any assigned Goodwill locations to identify potential theft through floor in-store or field surveillance equipment. Complete every investigation report and incident, along with the entire paperwork associated with theft. Maintain documentation of all Asset Protection activities. Conduct audits of any Goodwill location to identify external and internal fraud. Responsible for initiating external and internal investigations based on the above audit outcomes and obtaining information from floor personnel.
