Description Position Summary: Under the direction of the Operations Director or Executive Director, the Youth Development Supervisor assists in the leadership of child development, summer camp, and teen programming within the Family Center. The Youth Development Supervisor manages member/program participation and retention through the development and execution of youth / child development and camp programs to achieve strategic goals and provide outstanding customer service to all.
