1 FT Senior WFM Consultant - Client-side testing WFM and: Advanced Scheduling Able to: create client specific test cases Execute: all WFM and Advance Scheduling test cases on behalf of client Ensure: configuration is meeting client needs – 2 nd set of eyes as oversight After: go live able to transition WFM to client SME’s and train Write: SOPs as part of transition US/CAN
