Job description

Airnorth is recruiting for a Darwin based Licenced Avionics (B2) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our NT Engineering Team in troubleshooting, conducting routine and non-routine maintenance, and performing repairs on various aircraft systems and components in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures. Aircraft Maintenance Engineers hold responsibility for performing and certifying for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of aircraft as directed, and Licenced AMEs are also required to supervise and certify for aircraft work carried out by unlicensed AMEs and apprentices who are assigned to work under their supervision. Darwin Airnorth Engineers are currently employed under an 11-hour shift over a 4 day on, 4 day off roster. Travel may be required on short notice, especially in AOG situations. Aircraft Maintenance will require work in hangars, on the ramp, or in other outdoor environments. Essential and Desirable Requirements: We are looking for Engineers who hold a CASA licence (type not necessarily required), have a strong understanding of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations applicable to Certificate of Approvals, and demonstrated time management skills...
