This role sits at the center of sponsorship governance, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to support compliant activation. As an Associate in the Olympic & Paralympic Rights Approvals & Governance Team you will support the day-to-day operations and process management for rights approvals tied to JPMorganChase’s worldwide Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship. Sitting within Sports & Entertainment Marketing, this role facilitates internal and external approvals for the use of Olympic/Paralympic marks, terminology, athlete imagery, hospitality-related usage, and other sponsorship assets across Lines of Business and regions. The Associate ensures requests are complete, routed to the right approvers, tracked through resolution, and documented in accordance with sponsorship terms, brand standards, and firm governance expectations.
