About the role Mater Private Hospital Redlands is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy team. The successful candidate will be offered a casual opportunity, where you will be required to work across a rotating roster. The highly skilled and passionate staff provide outstanding patient-centred care to people recovering from relatively minor through to the more complex procedures. Salary range: $41.74 - $53.53 per hour plus superannuation and casual loading and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits! What you’ll be doing: Based in the Endoscopy Unit, this role will see you provide care for patients within Endoscopy related areas. As an integral team member, you will support the general function of the unit using best practice principles and education whilst drawing upon your previous Endoscopy experience. - Achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care - Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients seeking outstanding care - Providing quality care to patients undergoing Endoscopy and minor procedures.
