Training Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Production Systems Training (PST) organization is currently seeking a Training Analyst to join their group in Everett, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in planning, coordination, and administration of technical training and has passion for empowering our next generation of skilled workers through world class training. This position supports employee training in Fabrication and the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC). Position Responsibilities: - Collect, prioritize and validate requirements with training partners and managers - Analyze and validate customer requests, coordinate training needs and evaluate training criteria - Develop customer/partner training risk mitigation strategies and recovery plan for training issues - Provide necessary coordination of new-hire, gap, and/or emergent training - Collaborate with customer on requirement satisfaction targets - Authenticate stakeholder training data integrity - Communicate training schedule to key stakeholders - Produce metrics indicating effectiveness of fulfilled requests and implemented solutions - Communicate to partners, custom...
