This role can be located anwhere in the US, and requires 50% travel. 2+ years experience with LMS, required. The Operational Performance Manager is responsible for supporting 50+ AECME warehouse locations through the deployment, optimization, and ongoing performance management of SmartProductivity (Labor management system) and SmartPlan. This role partners closely with site leadership teams to drive exceptional performance in labor management, ensuring high standards of system maintenance, data integrity, and operational efficiency. As a key member of the broader AEMCE Sector, this position plays an integral role in providing clear, consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels of management. The Operational Performance Manager will serve as a network leader and subject-matter expert—cultivating a strong culture of operational excellence, building capability across the region, and fostering a community of high-performing labor management professionals. The Operational Performance General Manager role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000.
