Position Summary The Marketing Intern supports the execution of marketing events and field initiatives that drive pipeline and brand engagement. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role designed to provide exposure to event marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will assist with preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities to help ensure Sales and Marketing teams are effectively supported before, during, and after events. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars Assist in preparing event materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and booth assets Coordinate event logistics, including shipping, inventory tracking, timelines, and ordering promotional items Support Sales readiness by organizing materials and assisting with pre-event preparation Support the development of briefs, talk tracks, and follow-up templates Assist with post-event activities, including lead organization, recap documentation, and asset updates Maintain and organize sales and event materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to coordinate...
