(Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply) Role Overview: We are seeking a remote Human Resources Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations, benefits administration, and Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance for a growing federal contracting workforce. This remote role supports employees across multiple states and collaborates closely with HR, Operations, Payroll, Contracts, and Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities: Benefits Administration: - Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, wellness, fringe benefits) and manage enrollments, billing audits, and vendor issues. - Track benefits eligibility across employee types (exempt, non-exempt, SCA, etc.), ensuring compliance with internal policies and federal requirements · Support the development of benefits-related communications, including open enrol...
