2nd Shift Supervisor Department: Manufacturing & Distribution - General Labor Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Elizabethtown, PA - Distribution Center Reporting To: Ron Porretta: Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year Description: The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the DC Manager to properly maintain all aspects of daily operations of the warehouse while monitoring productivity, cost controls and recommending improvements. Manage productivity through the staff and operational situations. Provide coaching and guidance in all areas to maintain good morale in a safe work environment. Responsible for coordinating all training including safety awareness. How You Will Help: - Maintain high visibility and floor supervision required to insure desired levels of production, accuracy, and compliance to established policies and procedures. - Mentor and train staff of about 15 warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews, discipline, and training. - Analyze daily workload in WMS. - Prepare and review monthly production reports and any other reporting as needed - Direction of distribution staff activities in support of receiving, inventory integrity, picking and shipping activities....
