Overview The Person In Charge oversees the entire store, ensuring that all PCC policies and procedures are followed. They provide and model excellent, professional customer service. They supervise the front end, overseeing the schedule and job responsibilities of Cashiers, Helper Clerks, Courtesy Clerks and other staff. They protect the safety of staff and customers and security of PCC property.
