What You’ll Do: Contacts and establishes relationships with approved mortgage brokers/bankers to grow the wholesale platform and increase the size of the portfolio loan business. Acts as liaison between FourLeaf and accounts with regard to loan processing. This opportunity is open to flexible work options including a remote set up. Core Contributions: - Develops and maintains relationships with the current approved mortgage bankers and brokers, generates loans and expands membership. Provides education and information about mortgage programs and guidelines to current accounts and prospects. - Acts as a liaison between FourLeaf and the mortgage banker/broker throughout all phases of the loan process. Analyzes and verifies applications to determine creditworthiness. Assists in the clearance of mortgage loan pipeline.
