Job description

Reporting to the GBS, Director of Finance Operations, the Senior Manager of Cash Operations Management and Compliance will lead and oversee the cash management (cash receipts, application and disbursements), working capital optimization, payment management and overall GBS SOX and Audit program functions within Global Business Services (GBS). This pivotal role ensures operational excellence, drives process standardization, and provides strategic insights and actions to maximize liquidity, minimize financial risk, and reduce costs across the organization. The senior manager will leverage technology and process excellence to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with all SOX and Internal Audit Requirements. The senior manager of this function will be responsible for overseeing these capabilities, ensuring operational rigor, attaining key metrics, and driving process transformation aligned with business outcomes.
