AI Engineer - Agent Platform

At Shiftmove, we aren't just testing with LLMs; we are building a production-grade AI Agent Platform from the ground up. We are looking for an AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between experimental AI and robust, industrialized software engineering. You will be the architect of reliability, ensuring our agents don't just "chat," but perform complex tasks accurately, at scale, and cost-effectively across our entire group. What You Will Build: - The Agent Platform: Evolve our internal platform (Python/Google ADK) by improving observability, token optimization, and context management. You’ll integrate the latest models (Claude, Gemini, etc.) into a modular backend. - Autonomous Agents: Design and implement reasoning chains and workflows. You won't just write prompts; you will investigate reasoning failures and build continuous evaluation loops to ensure accuracy. - Reliability Engineering: Define the standards.
