Position Description Key Responsibilities: Skills and Competencies – appropriate to the Jr., Mid or Sr. Level qualifications: Experience in Maryland is preferred. Inspection and Compliance: - Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. - Inspect mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural systems to verify proper installation and functionality. - Identify and document any deviations from approved plans and specifications and recommend corrective actions. Quality Assurance: - Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. - Perform tests and inspections on materials and equipment to ensure they meet required standards.
