About the Role: We are seeking a reliable Floor Technician to support 3rd shift operations, with a primary focus on facility cleanliness and floor maintenance. This role operates industrial sweepers and supports general distribution center tasks such as pallet movement and basic production support. What You'll Do: Facility Cleaning & Equipment Operation: - Operate ride-on floor sweepers throughout the facility - Clean and maintain large warehouse floor areas - Monitor equipment (including sweeper reservoirs) and report issues - Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free - Move efficiently throughout the facility during overnight operations Distribution Center Support: - Haul pallets and assist with material movement - Operate forklifts a...
