The Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible to maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. He/she delivers technical assistance at customer sites and provides documentation to internal and external customers. Essential duties & responsibilities: Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products. Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site. Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information. Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action notices. Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances.
