Department: 09124 AMG Sherman Svc Area - Administration Operations Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: . Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5, however, this position does assume responsibility over operations that may require attention outside of working hours. Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 Major Responsibilities: PATIENT SATISFACTION Collaborates with the Director, Physician Practice Management and physician leadership to maintain an environment that is patient centered as evidenced by availability of open access including but not limited to the following: same day appointments, future appointments made, referrals made within the group, adherence to test result reporting guidelines, positive patient comments, and meeting/exceeding Key Results Area (KRA) goals. 5)Achieves patient satisfaction scores consistent with Advocate Medical Group (AMG) and practice site goals. 6)Actively rounds on patients and associates to create and maintain a positive patient experience. 1)Reviews and analyzes each patient comment and monitors satisfaction scores. 2)Communicates and discusses patient satisfaction goals and objectives to all a...
