With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases. We are seeking a Director, Workday AI Transformation Practice Leader to define and scale our AI strategy across our Workday practice. This role is responsible for shaping how AI is leveraged across our business—including go-to-market strategy, delivery enablement, internal productivity, and client advisory services. This is not a role focused on configuring AI within Workday. Instead, this leader will drive how we integrate AI into our ways of working, leverage the broader ecosystem, and position AI as a core differentiator in how we sell and deliver Workday services.
