, United Kingdom Job Family Group: Production Engineering Upstream Worker Type: Regular Posting Start Date: April 30, 2026 Business Unit: Experience Level: Early Careers Job Description: What is the Role ONEgas West is a collection of three assets in the ‘Southern North Sea’ comprising of two manned production platforms and a Gas processing plant at Bacton. These roles are for our onshore gas plant located at Bacton on the Norfolk coast about 25 miles north of Norwich. The Assets are described as LEAN assets and follow a similar operating model. The Senior Operations Technician is a key member of the production team with influence across a wide range of work execution on site, therefore the successful candidate should be a great communicator, with the capacity to quickly transition between topics and timeframes. The role will require highly effective decision making to ensure optimization of the plant and effective maintenance work execution to comply with integrated activity plans.
