Finance Performance & Data Analyst Starting date: asap (preferred 1st May 2026) Full time & UOP: We are looking for an experienced Finance Performance & Data Analyst who will take ownership of analytical activities within our Finance Hub in Poland. The Hub supports accounting and financial processes across four European countries, and this role will play a critical part in providing high‑quality insights, data analysis and regular reporting for our key stakeholders across URW. Ideal candidates are analytical experts with strong technical skills, able to create impactful reporting, identify trends, propose solutions and confidently present results to senior management. Your Responsibilities: - Identify, develop and deliver metrics, dashboards and reporting solutions to support the needs of the finance organization. - Analyze reporting outputs and KPI trends to drive and influence business decisions, supporting the delivery of the business plan and budget targets. - Compile, synthesize and present insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to strategic and operational planning. - Work independently to proactively identify needs, challenges and process gaps, and d...
