Job Summary: As a Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP), you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily personal needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves assisting the client with non-medical daily living activities. Duties performed may include but are not limited to keeping house (making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes) and preparing meals and providing personal care. The PCSP functions under the direction, instruction and supervision of the RN assigned to the case, Director of Client Services or Director of Operations. Educational and Professional: - High School Diploma or GED - Successful completion of PCSP training program, which meets with State and agency regulations. - Show evidence of fulfilling the State health requirements. - Valid drivers’ license - Must be 18 years or older. - Successfully complete 12 in-services by December 1 of current year - 6 Hours initial of Dementia Training and 4 hours yearly continued Responsibilities: Tools/Equipment: Hoyer Lift Glucose monitors or meters - Glucometers Gait Belt Therapeutic ice packs or pillows – Ice caps; Ice collars Sharps disposal Walker Wheelchair Cane Tub seat Trans...
