Job DetailsJob Location: DENTON SHOP - Denton, TX 76207The Rescue Specialist is responsible for overseeing the sales and service aspect of Fire Industry Rescue Equipment. This individual will be the subject matter expert in fire rescue equipment. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts with potential clients, and servicing customer rescue equipment. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customers needs and expectations are met. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains and expands key customer accounts; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Recommends product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Utilization of CRM for daily activities and reporting purposes.
