Job DetailsJob Location: Casino - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Full Time SUMMARY: Responsible for the timely and cost-effective purchase of all vendor goods in accordance with established policies, procedures and controls, maintaining the food and beverage and retail inventory system and ensuring inventories are accurate, and performing month end reporting duties. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Maintains inventory database, processes requisitions and performs data entry portion of receiving goods into F&B/Retail inventory system. Assists with sourcing non food & beverage goods, obtains quotes, places orders and follows up with vendors to ensure orders are being processed and backorders are communicated, working with a variety of computerized systems. Ensures all supporting purchase documents are submitted to Warehouse/Accounts Payable and answer questions regarding any delivery and price variances. Coordinates delivery issue resolutions with vendors and communicates those resolutions with Warehouse/Accounts Payable for their purposes with receiving and payment processing.
