The Marshes of Skidaway Island , a premier senior living community, is looking for a compassionate and hospitality-oriented Environmental Services Director to lead our housekeeping and laundry team. What You’ll Do: - Lead and support a dedicated team across housekeeping and laundry. - Ensure our community is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained - Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Manage budgets and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations - Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff What You Bring: - High school diploma required; technical or housekeeping certification preferred - 2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or facilities management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of cleaning equipment, laundry systems, and safety standards - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen What We Offer: If you’re ready to le...
