JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a Case Assistant to work in our Complex Litigation & Trial Practice Group in the Atlanta, GA office. The Case Assistant program is an internship designed for those who have completed a bachelor's degree and who are looking to take a gap year before going to law school or want to learn more about the legal profession. It is designed to be a 10-to-13+ month program. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, Case Assistants perform a variety of duties to assist the Paralegals and Attorneys to whom they are assigned.
