An important part of this position is to be a team player. You are responsible for helping make sure items leave the expo window correctly, and getting those items to the correct table(s). Although this can be an entry-level position, in certain locations previous experience in a similar role may be required because the position is crucial to the guest's dining experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: - Run food from the expo window. - Assist in preparing food to leave the expo window as necessary. - Assist in maintaining adequate supplies of items needed throughout the shift such as specialty flatware, garnish items, and sauces. - Assists in maintaining proper condition and cleanliness of the expo window and surrounding area according to health department standards. - Com...
