We’re looking for an Employment Coach Team Leader who’s passionate about supporting people with disability to explore meaningful employment pathways—and who enjoys leading a team in a supportive, down-to-earth way. This role is a great mix of people leadership + hands-on support, where no two days look the same. You’ll be part of our Your Jobs Now (YJN) team—a group of dedicated, values-driven people who care deeply about creating inclusive employment opportunities. You’ll work closely with the YJN Manager and support a team of Employment Coaches to do their best work. You’ll split your time between supporting your team and working alongside participants to achieve meaningful employment outcomes. This role will operate between our Dandenong and Greensborough services and require frequent travel between the two sites.
