In a Nutshell As a Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d), you’ll work in our soon to open Fulfilment Center in Berlin/Brandenburg (Falkensee) with the latest intralogistics systems from top brands like Apollo, Qimarox, and Regal Rexnord. You’ll be responsible for keeping our Material Handling Equipment running at peak performance, solving malfunctions independently, and implementing improvements. Your insight and initiative are valued, and you’ll coach junior colleagues to elevate the team, ensuring tens of thousands of orders reach families on time every day. During your shift, you take full responsibility for the service and maintenance of our systems. The tricks of the trade: - Troubleshooting malfunctions: You detect and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues in technical systems, working closely with our operational supervisors. - Collaboration with suppliers: For complex problems, you work directly with machine suppliers to find solutions. - Analysis and improvement: You analyze malfunctions, prevent recurrence, and implement structural improvements. - Preventive maintenance: You perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure maximum system availability.
