AI Automation & Process Optimisation Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate compliance and operational workflows. Analyse existing processes across Compliance and Operations to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. Build and maintain tools (scripts, workflows, agents) to reduce manual workload and improve scalability. Support integration of AI tools into existing systems (e.g. CRM, case management, onboarding/KYC flows). Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and assess their applicability to business needs. 2. Data, Reporting & Analytics Design and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on key compliance and operational metrics. Automate recurring reporting (regulatory, internal MI, operational KPIs).
