EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. - Identifies and successfully investigates matters of internal dishonesty. - Controls the unexplained loss of merchandise and improve profitability. - Identifies associate behaviors and/or operational issues through exception-based reporting and CCTV that may cause shrink. - Identifies trends; makes recommendations for improvement; teach, train and coach associates to effectively handle opportunities; monitor corrective action. - Prepares detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner. - Monitors criminal cases, appear in court and testify as warranted. - Follows up, supports and resolves safety, environmental and regulatory issues as assigned by the Director. - Assists in supporting safety awareness and compliance in Distribution, including assistance with Workers' Compensation and General Liability claim process, and maintain all OSHA records. - Uses data to identify trends that may lead to accidents and make recommendations for process changes or improvements. - Assists with all Distribution specific training related...
