WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Executive Casino Host creates and delivers a world class gaming and entertainment experience for our casino guests at Rio Las Vegas. With your rare combination of strong mind and gentle heart, you’ll delight colleagues and customers while facilitating a safe, fun, and fair gaming experience that differentiates us from the competition. ROLE EXPECTATIONS: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as the main and primary point of contact for higher value casino guests for all things Rio. Develop and sustain relationships with casino guests. Introduce new casino guests to the casino property. Act as a resource for guests, management, and employees to ensure a maximum level of satisfaction and service throughout the department and the casino. Dispenses high-end amenities to qualified guests, following comp guidelines. Dispenses complimentary amenities to guests who have attained the necessary levels of play while following departmental standards for profitability.
