Job description

The Archdiocese of Baltimore is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Architect to join the Division of Facilities and Real Estate . This position will serve as an Owner’s Representative, providing professional project management services to pastors, principals, and presidents of parishes and schools across the Archdiocese. The Architect will oversee capital projects, including new construction, site work, building renovations, and HVAC, window, and roof replacements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the mission and values of the Archdiocese. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with parish and school stakeholders at all levels, including volunteers and staff.
