Role Overview The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will join our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) organization within a leading banking environment. This role sits at the intersection of business, security, and technology, helping to drive initiatives that protect sensitive data across the enterprise. You will partner with an experienced, cross-functional team to deliver strategic DLP initiatives, ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements, business needs, and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering and facilitation sessions with stakeholders across security and technology teams - Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements - Partner with project managers and technical teams to support end-to-end project delivery within DLP initiatives - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure accurate solution implementation - Support data protection initiatives, including monitoring, controls, and policy enforcement - Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies in an Agile environment - Ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and aligned with regulatory...
