Job Description: Production Planner Huntsman is seeking a Production Planner supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in McIntosh, AL . This position will report to the Site Supply Chain Manager . Job Scope: The production planner maintains production schedules to optimize inventory levels that meet customer requirements and minimize inventory carrying costs, in accordance with plans generated through the IBP Demand/Supply Planning processes. This role works closely with operations management to ensure adherence to plan and coordinate changes as needed, balancing demand requirements with production capabilities. In summary, as the Production Planner, you will: Maintain production schedules to optimize inventory levels that meet customer requirements and minimize inventory carrying costs.
