Job description

Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc. You will be responsible for operational and incident communication for digital projects. This includes managing all communications (creation of user guides, communication materials, toolkits, etc.) to support user adoption and keep users informed about product evolutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Specifically, you will be required to support the SG collaborators through and more specifically: - Own and manage communication activities, including the creation and distribution of communications related to product deployments and changes in the employees' digital working environment. - Lead incident communication for Digital Workplace tools, ensuring users are informed promptly and clearly about any service disruptions or issues. - Contribute to the development, execution and management of communication and/or change projects. - Provide guidance and support to users in adopting new tools and practices, helping optimize the overall user exp...
