Walker Consultants is looking for a proactive and organized Program Director to lead and grow our KapstoneVT™ platform within our Vertical Transportation practice. We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive the development and execution of a performance-focused, data-driven program that delivers measurable insight across elevator and escalator portfolios. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to manage KPI data, reporting, and program operations, while building scalable processes and leading a growing team. You’ll play a critical role in turning complex data into meaningful insights, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all aspects of the program.
