The Mission: Build the Unshakeable Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet Contractor to build, and configure scalable Smartsheet systems based on supplied designs and requirements that support business operations across El Car Wash. This role is execution-focused and best suited for a systems-minded builder who has delivered complex, multi-sheet Smartsheet solutions end-to-end. This role will focus on project build and execution. You will translate designs and business requirements into high-performing, user-friendly systems that drive efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Build and configure Smartsheet sheets, reports, forms, and dashboards that serve as the "source of truth" for cross-functional teams. - Build advanced sheets, reports, forms, and executive-level dashboards with high usability. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data - Implement automations (alerts, approvals, reminders, update requests) - Ensure systems remain usable, fast, and accurate as data volume grows. - Test builds, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance prior to delivery. - Work from clearly defined de...
