Job Summary Oversee activities of the Regional Directors and facilitate the regional market dynamics to maximize new and existing prime vendor accounts and identify new opportunities for sales growth. Provide feedback and direction on prioritization and responsibilities of the regional sales/logistics team. Job Description: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and direction for regional teams to successfully achieve long- and short-term goals and targets and to gain efficiencies in logistical policies while working within established rules and guidelines. Ensure the sharing of best-in-class policies, process and procedures are consistently implemented between regions. Accountable for positive customer relationships related to supply chain logistics support within a particular geographic region Develop and present 12-month strategic and tactical operational plans and budgets for each regional team and/or project/programs.
