POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site maintenance for a 100–300-unit apartment community. This role provides leadership, guidance, and operational oversight for a maintenance team of approximately 1–5 associates, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, hands-on leader who is self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining a high-quality living environment for residents.
