Lithia Subaru of Fresno is looking for an Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver an outstanding buying experience to our customers. What You Will Do: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right Subaru vehicle. - Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond. - Follow up on leads, both online and in-store, to drive sales opportunities. - Stay informed on all Subaru models, trims, features, and financing options. - Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth transaction process. - Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
