Business Analyst

Job description

Job Purpose We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support two key projects focused on improving and simplifying operational workflows. The primary purpose of this role is to own and deliver high-quality process mapping across both programmes, documenting “as-is” and “to-be” states to support business understanding, decision-making, and implementation. In addition, this role will play a critical part in enabling delivery, working closely with Tech Leads, Project Management the Change Manager, and wider project teams to ensure progress is maintained using Agile ways of working, and that both business and technical teams have the clarity, inputs, and alignment needed to deliver on time. This is an ideal role for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating at the intersection of business operations, technology, and change.
