Description Regional Director – Texas Market: Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site – Must reside in DAL/DFW area) Reports to: CEO: Compensation: $125,000-$135,000 base + annual performance bonus Schedule: Full-Time | 50–60% Travel: Lead. Regional Area-(Austin, Houston, DFW, Dallas Love Field, MSP, DEN). This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader with multi-site operational oversight, full P&L accountability, and the ability to drive safety, service, and profitability. This is not a sales role —we’re looking for a proven operations executive who thrives on accountability, team development, and results.
