Senior Water Filtration Project Manager

Audubon is currently seeking a Senior Water Filtration Project Manager to join our team in our Ludington, MI Office. This role combines business development, project leadership, and team building, with responsibility for delivering complex water treatment and dewatering solutions across the United States. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and execute projects across the U.S. focused on industrial water filtration, dewatering, and turnkey treatment systems. - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across markets including construction, oil & gas, mining, utilities, and environmental. - Oversee full project lifecycle including proposal development, scope definition, equipment planning, execution oversight, and client communication. - Build, train, and manage a regional field operations team to support project delivery and growth. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction. - Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure alignment on technical delivery, equipment utilization, and safety compliance. - Monitor regional trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth initiativ...
