Job description

We are looking for a Health and Safety Technician to join our HVS Cameri – HSE Department in Cameri, Piemonte, Italy . This is an onsite role, requiring daily presence at the facility. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Driving day‑to‑day site safety through a strong shopfloor presence, ensuring compliance with safety rules, identifying hazards, and working closely with teams to resolve issues promptly. - Embedding a strong HSE culture by promoting safe behaviors, leading by example, and ensuring health and safety principles are fully integrated into daily operations. - Preventing incidents and reducing risk by supporting hazard identification, risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and the timely closure of corrective and preventive actions. - Supporting and leading incident investigations, ensuring accurate reporting, root‑cause analysis, trend monitoring, and effective follow‑up actions to prevent recurrence. - Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulations by maintaining local HSE procedures, supporting emergency response processes, and aligning site practices with corporate requirements. - Building safety awareness and capability by d...
