Job Description Summary: Position Title: Senior Manager, Demand Planning & Forecasting (R-139883) Location: (USA) Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area. Travel: Up to 20% with an expectation to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Job Summary: A strategic Demand Planning Senior Manager role leading end-to-end forecasting for Smartwater and Gold Peak across Bottler-delivered and direct-shipped NAOU channels. Owns monthly Forecast Alignment routines, S&OP demand signals, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external Bottler and manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in supply chain demand planning, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for creative thinking and problem solving. What You'll Do for Us: Key Responsibilities: 1. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross Functional Collaboration: Lead the monthly Demand Alignment meeting with three Franchise Bottler partners to drive consensus on the volume forecast and ensure cross-functional alignment.
