About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Head of Legal for Structured Investments and Annuities, to join as a senior member of the Legal team. The ideal candidate is an attorney with significant experience with financial products, including structured investments and annuities, as well as in-depth knowledge of the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to such products. This role will work closely with the firm’s senior management, senior members of the structured investments and annuities business lines, and other attorneys within the Legal and Compliance teams. Responsibilities: - Act as general counsel for the firm’s structured investments and annuities businesses, serving as primary counsel on all legal and regulatory aspects, including firm-wide strategic initiatives and day-to-day matters, related to the firm’s web-based platform covering structured investments and annuities, structured investments distribution, broker-dealer matters, strategic relationships and product and global expansion. - Serve as a senior advisor to the firm’s senior management, including the Head of Structured Products and Annuities, the Chief Financial Officer and the General Counsel, Business te...
