Description The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch are looking for individuals who can help create a fun and safe environment for our members’ children at our Kids Club. This part-time position requires availability to work flexible hours, including weekday mornings, evening, weekends, and holidays. Job Summary: To assist the Family Activities Lead with the Kids Club program. Workers are responsible for the protection and safety of the children in their care while also providing a positive and engaging experience. Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist and supervise Kids Club activities. - Create Kids Club employee schedule. - Work Kids Club 1 night a week. - Thoroughly enjoy working with children and ensure their safety and good conduct. - Be responsible for proper care of equipment and facilities. - Maintain excellent friendly daily staff-parent/guardian relationships. - Exhibit appropriate dress and language for working with children. - Plan safe and fun activities for the children. - Display appropriate and mature behavior, serving as a role model for the children. - Provide a safe and healthy environment for the children. - Assist Fitness Director/Family Activities Director with day-to-...
