Job Description The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical skills, including reading schematics and using testing equipment. They may have completed a technical training program or apprenticeship and are adept at troubleshooting and repairing machinery in a fast-paced, continuous manufacturing environment. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts are essential. What you will be doing: - Perform maintenance, repair, and installation on plant machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues. - Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. - Inspect and test machinery before returning it to production. - Follow safety guidelines and report any issues. Qualifications: - High school diploma/GED and completed craft apprenticeship or training. - Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation. - Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. - Experience with electrical testing equipment (Meters and Meggers). - Able to work 12-hour shifts.
